低压配电柜主要技术要求：
箱体采JXF型，适用范围适用于交流频率50Hz、额定工作电压400V及以下用电路中。
防护等级不低于IP30。
㎜厚的优质电解板材折弯焊接而成，外表经过环氧树脂静电喷涂外理，美观耐用，颜色计算机灰。
柜体应有足够的强度和刚度，柜门设加强筋。挂墙明装的需满足挂墙明装条件，并要求在安装孔处做强化处理；落地安装的需带底座，底座采用[10槽钢焊接。

门开度大于90°，转动灵活，门锁采用优质锁芯，带弹出功能。门板加装密封胶条，防止灰尘、水流渗入。柜门与柜体应加设可靠接地连接。箱体上下两侧备有活动的敲落孔，并已加盖密封，防止灰尘进入柜内，盖板的设置不会影响设备的正常隐形时的通风和散热。
箱体配有安装底板，可安装电器设备。柜内元件的布置结构合理，平安间距符合相关技术要求，满足散热要求，保证在安装、检修等特殊情况下有足够的空间。
母线排采用优质高导电高载流量母线排，绝缘等级符合要求，并满足维修需求。
控制箱中断路器、接触器、热继电器等元器件选型应匹配
