摘要大部分中小型企业自成立至今,办公模式为传统的办公模式并主要以纸介质为主,随着互联网的飞速发展,显然已经远远不能满足高效率、快节奏的现代工作和生活的需要。如何实现信息处理的自动化和办公的无纸化逐步得到了公司领导的重视。本文以办公自动化系统为研究对象,将从办公自动化的发展现状与趋势、研究课题背景等方面进行分析和探讨,了解 OA 办公系统主要功能并进行针对性设计。所设计的系统是一个企业办公自动化系统,它简单易操作。从应用结构来讲,本系统大致可分成三个模块,第一是以职员信息、部门信息为主的管理模块,第二是以权限分配为主的管理模块,第三是以留言、计划信息为主的管理模块。本系统主要应用 PHP 网页设计语言,共分为部门管理、职员管理、权限管理、系统管理、留言管理、计划管理、考勤管理和个人管理功能,利用公司内部网络,共享信息资源,促进交流和管理。系统开发采用先进的开发软件与技术,即采用 HTM L 与 JavaScript 等技术相结合开发系统的页面,数据库管理系统开发强大完善的数据库支持环境。使用广大用户非常熟悉的 WEB 浏览器,使用户无需培训就可熟练使用。该系统在设计上力求通用、实用、易用,具有良好的安全性、稳定性和可扩展性,能满足各行各业的需求。通过这次设计使我深刻的了解了现如今的办公自动化系统的发展历程和强大的功能。通过自己的努力锻炼了逻辑思维能力,提高了发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。当然也使我发现了自身存在的很多问题,比如知识的储备不够,发现自己还有许多东西需要去学****认识到学****是一个长期积累的过程。关键词:办公;自动化;共享信息;稳定性 Abstract Most small and medium enterprises since its inception, Office mode, and the traditional office model based mainly onpaper medium, with the rapid development ofthe , apparently can not meet the need forhigh efficiency, fast-paced modern work and life. Inthis paper, office automation systems for the study, conducted from office automation development status and trends, research and other aspects ofanalysis and discussion ofthe background tounderstand the main functions ofOAoffice systems and specific design. The designed system isanenterprise office automation system, itissimple and easy tooperate. From the application structure isconcerned, the system can bebroadly divided into three modules, the first based onemployee information, department information-based management module, and the second istoassign permissions based management module, and the third isthe message, program information based management module. This system ismainly used PHP web design language, isdivided into departmental management, staff management, rights management, system management, message management, project management, time management and personal management features, the use pany's work, share in
