尊敬的各位领导，同志们：大家好！
今天我的心情十分兴奋和冲动。
在镇党委及上级党组织的关心和支持下，我们天台镇离退休干部党支部成立了。这是我们天台镇党委，组织建设中的一件大事，是组织建设的一次创举，是加强党的建设，充分发挥离退休干部党员先锋模范带头作用的一项重要举措。
离退休干部党支部的成立，得力于镇党委的高度重视，得力于上级党组织的大力支持。借此时机，我代表离退休的共产党员们，向镇党委及上级党组织表示诚挚的谢意！
我担任天台镇关工委常务副主任以来，充分感受到镇党委和镇政府，对关心下一代的工作的重视和支持。尤其是以姜书记为首的这一届党委领导，高瞻远瞩的关心并指导关工委工作。对关工委工作尤为重视，把关心下一代工作列入到党委的议事日程。选派素质高，能力强的党群书记刘文祥同志担任关工委主任。亲自坐阵指挥，还组建由关工委常务副主任为党支部书记的离退休干部党支部。这，充分发挥了五老的作用，更好的调动了五老的积极性，使我们天台镇关工委工作能取得更大的成绩。这几年来，尤其是对
