智能护理机器人设计林艳春詹四方 ,湖州, 313000 ,湖州, 313000 摘要:随着微电子技术和信息技术的发展,各国都在积极研制和开发适合家庭护理,物理治疗和康复保健的护理器械。护理机器人是专门为残疾人和重病人设计的,可以在病房或家庭中帮助或代替护理人员完成护理工作。本文设计的护理机器人在平面定位时具有冗余自由度,提高了避障能力,末端执行器姿态控制也十分灵活;另一方面,这种新型护理机械臂的手腕驱动电机被转移到了基座上,从而减轻了前臂重量, 提高了有效承载能力。同时设计了多指灵巧手,用其代替一般夹持器可扩大机器人的应用范围,能抓取不同形状、大小、质地的物体,使机器人能真正灵巧地进行细微操作。特别地,多指灵巧手对机器人智能化水平和作业水平的提高具有重要意义。关键词: 护理机器人,多指灵巧手,运动学和动力学,单片机中图分类号: Smart care robot design Ruophin Lyn Dean 1. Huzhou Teachers College , Huzhou , 313000 Abstract : With the development of micro - electric technique and information technology , arious countries are developing nursing apparatus which is good for family nursing? ealth care and physiatrics .Ra sing robots are designed specially for disabled people and heavy patients ,t hey can help nurses finishing nursery work or instead of nurses . he nursing robot that is designed in this thesis has redundant degree of freedom when it moves in plane ,n one hand ,t is good for avoiding barriers and the end actuator ’S postures are flexible . On the other hand , the electric machinery of wrist is transferred tO the base , SO the weight of forearm is reduced and the effective bearing capacity is improved .A dextrous hand is also designed , it can pick different forms , sizes , material objects instead of traditional industrial end actuators , SO the robots Can operate dexterously . Especially , the design of dexterous hands have significant sense in improving the intelligent level of the robot and homework 1evel . Key words :k nursing robot : dexterous hands . kinematics and dynamics , single — puter 0引言随着社会的发展,人们的生活得到了提高,医疗状况也得到了很大改善,人的寿命得到了延长。研究一个国家社会人口类型,人口老龄化的趋势,老年人口发展速度,计算人口老化速度对国家的经济发展有不可忽视的作用。据统计,我国 65岁以上的老年人口在 1995 年达到 7934 万人,占人口 6. 54%, 2000 年为 9020 万,占人口比例的 7%之多。我国是在不太发达的经济基础上迅速达到出生率下降和平均预期寿命延长,使人口老龄化超常规加速度到来,其冲击波的力度增加,从而面临更为严重的老年问题。人口老龄化带来一系列问题,老年人随着年龄增大,体质减弱,对老年人的护理是要面临的一个广泛的问题。为这一庞大的群体提供机械化护理和康复治疗,是广大医护工作者和科技工作者面临的亟待解决的任务。基金项目:国家自然科学重大基金项目 10
