[1–5] have researched a novel mechanical wheel transmission mechanism which could be used for mechanical transmission under conditions of low power. The working principle of the novel transmission mechanism is based on the combined action of a random meshing force and the frictional force of elastic tines on meshing wheels, so that fluctuation of the force and velocity would be inevitable during transmission.
