徐州工程学院毕业设计( 论文) I 图书分类号: 密级: 摘要 XZ25-50 变速箱零件是压路机的基本零件之一。它把变速箱中的轴和齿轮等有关零件和机构联接为一整体,使这些零件和机构保持正确的相对位置,以便其上各个机构和零件能正确、协调一致地工作,变速箱体的加工质量直接影响变速器的装配质量,进而影响压路机的使用性能和寿命。本课题进行 XZ25-50 变速箱零件精镗孔专用机床设计,主要步骤和内容分为: 1)箱体零件工艺设计在分析了被加工箱体具体结构及主轴孔精度要求的基础上,详细制定了箱体加工整体加工工艺路线和精镗工序加工工艺流程( 包括工件定位、夹紧、加工刀具的选择、切削用量的确定、切削力与切削功率的计算等)。 2)组合机床专机设计根据被加工零件的结构特点、加工内容的尺寸和精度要求,确定组合镗床的配置方案。对专机进行总体设计-三图一卡。 3)精镗孔专用夹具设计根据该孔系的尺寸精度和位置精度的要求,确定定位基准和定位方式,设计夹紧机构、导向机构、控制系统,绘制夹具总装图,并拆画夹具的主要零件图。 4)机床控制原理通过对专机的设计,在自动控制方面,试对本机床电气控制原理进行分析和设计。关键词工艺;镗床;夹具;控制原理徐州工程学院毕业设计( 论文) II 购买后包含有 CAD 图纸和论文,咨询 Q401339828 Abstract The XZ25-50 gear ponents are one of bulldozer ponents . It links relevant parts anizations such as the axle in the gearbox and gear wheel asa whole , ake these parts anizations keep the correct relative position, and then influence serviceability and life-span of the road roller. This study carries on design with bination boring lathe in the XZ25-50 gear box, the main step and the content divided into: (1) Box body parts process planning In analyzing the processing box body ’s concrete structure and the main axle hole precision request, formulated whole processing craft route in the box body processing and finished boring working procedure processing technical process in detail (including workpiece localization, clamps, processes cutting tool ’s seletian, cutting specifications ’ determination, cutting force and cutting power ’putation and so on). (2) Modular machine-tool design According to the feature of processed parts, processing request, accuray request and soon, may determine to basic disposition plan binated boring lathe. Carries ona whole design - three charts and one card.
