ACT
To provide for co-operative environmental governance by establishing principles for decision-making on matters affecting the environment, institutions that will promote co-operative governance and procedures for co-ordinating协调 environmental functions exercised ans of state; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
通过建立对环境产生影响的决策行为准则,为环境的综合治理提供支持。国家机关执行推进环境综合治理以及协调环境功能的职能,并且提供与上述职能相关的事项。
