摘要本文介绍了采煤机的发展历史、组成及工作原理。在分析煤炭工业的行业背景的基础上,展望了采煤机的发展趋势,并针对采煤机的发展现状进行了 MG110/260WD 型采煤机的截割部设计。本文首先确定了设计方案和选择了基本部件并开展了传动系统的可靠性分析。 MG110/260WD 型采煤机截割部主要是由四级齿轮和三级惰轮传动组成。截割部电动机放在摇臂内横向布置,电动机输出的动力由直齿圆柱齿轮和惰轮的传动,最后驱动滚筒旋转。对MG110/260WD 的油路和内喷雾装置进行了研究分析。油路采用辅助泵供油方式,降低工作温度,起到润滑作用,降低能耗。内喷雾装置采用特质的类似 DY150 型送水机构。为了提高采煤机的块煤率,降低比能耗,提高采煤效率,本人对采煤机的截齿进行了分析,并且针对采煤过程中出现的主要截齿失效形式而进行了优化。本人分析、校核了齿轮、轴、轴承、和花键的可靠性,同时本文还介绍了截割部的安装、维护和故障处理等采煤机规则。本采煤机截割部具有较高的可靠性、实用性和安全维修性。关键词: 电牵引双滚筒采煤机; 截割部; 惰轮; 内喷雾装置;截齿 ABSTRACT This paper introduces the development history of coal minning machine, composition and working principle . In view of the analysis of the basis of the coal industry ’s background, we have forecast ed the development trend of the coal mining machine, and in the light of coal m inning machine development present situation ,Ihave carried on the MG110/260WD type coal m inning machine's cutting part design. First , This paper determines the design plan and choses the ponents and launches a transmission system reliability type coal minning machine ’s cutting department is posed of four wheel drive idler gear and the three idle gears .The cutting part motor is placed in motor rocker by transverse decorate, the power output is drived by spur gears and the transmission, finally by an inert round driving drum rotating. The oil lines and inner spray device of MG110/260WD type coal mining machine have been analyzed. By auxiliary pump oil supply mode, we can reduce working temperature, lubricate effect and reduce energy consumption. The inner spray device is adopted the similar type DY150 send water agencies .In order to improve the lump of coal mining machinery, reduce energy consumption rate than coal, improve the efficiency of coal m ining machine ,I have analyse d cut ting teeths of the coal mining machine and I have optimize d in the light of the main cut teeth appearing in failure form of the coal mining process.
