本科学生毕业设计(论文) QQ 21135690 CAD 图纸通过答辩中文摘要Ⅰ摘要长期以来,人们一直在使用传统的脚手架施工,用于建设,这是只有 70% 的传统建筑脚手架的建筑成本高的工作篮,而生产力是三倍,传统的脚手架。随着中国建筑行业,越来越多的高层建筑,外墙装饰,维修任务越来越重使用较高的工作篮的发展,可大大降低劳动强度,提高了施工进度和重量,成本和功率消耗大大降低,经济效益和社会效益十分可观。因此,本研究的重点是移动方便, 安全,可靠的高工作篮的设计。这主要是由悬浮平台,电梯,防盗锁,绳的工作, 悬挂机构和电气控制系统等组成。由于较高的工作篮在中国起步较晚,但发展迅速,重要的是要开展吊篮安全装置的可靠性研究。近年来,越来越多的高工作篮深受用户欢迎,旨在理顺结构趋于简单,先进的技术往往,故障率大大降低,大大延长了使用寿命。制造商们更多的装备,赢得普遍欢迎新行。本论文主要设计内容是 ZLP630 吊篮提升机构的研究和设计。关键词: 吊篮,提升机,悬挂机构本科学生毕业设计(论文) QQ 21135690 CAD 图纸通过答辩中文摘要Ⅰ本科学生毕业设计(论文) ABSTRACT Ⅱ全套设计加 21135690 ABSTRACT For a long time , people have been using traditional construction scaffolding for the construction , which is only 70% of the high construction costs of traditional construction scaffolding work basket , while productivity is three times the traditional scaffolding. With the Chinese construction industry , more and more high-rise buildings , wall decoration, maintenance tasks using the development of increasingly higher operating heavy baskets can greatly reduce labor intensity and improve the construction schedule and weight, cost and power consumption greatly reduced, economic and social benefits are substantial. Therefore, this study focuses on mobile convenient, safe and reliable high -basket design. This is mainly due to suspended platforms , elevators, security locks, rope work , suspension mechanism and electrical control systems and ponents. Due to higher operating baskets in China started late, but rapid development , it is important to conduct reliability studies gondola safety devices . In recent years , more and more high -basket by consumers, designed to rationalize the structure tends tobe simple and advanced technology often , the failure rate is greatly reduced, greatly extended service life. Manufacturers are more equipped to win generally ed the new line . Enhance the agency 's main research and design operations rim height design.
