carcinoma of the colon，in the nucleus of oligodendrocytoma；CIB was localized predominantly in the cytoplasm of SHG44，Hhu7 cells and astrocytoma、 carcinoma of the breast、carcinoma of the colon；in the cell nucleus of oligodendrocytoma．(2)Primary cultured astrocyte，immunocytochemistry stained
with anti—GFAP antibody to identify astrocyte；after purified the preparations
appeared>95％．Incubated with dopamine caused an increase in intracellular free calcium and the DNA content of S period of cell cycle．
Conclusion：(1)The LM03，CIB protein was expressed successfully，the specific polyclonal antibodies against LM03，CIB protein was generated．This antibody can be used for further research．(2)Astrocyte was cultured successfully, revelation the effect of dopamine on proliferation and calciumion signal
transmission of astrocyte．
