ABSTRACT

Since reform and opening up, China’s SME have developed rapidly, and they e an
important force to push for the changes of our economic system. During development, SME still
faced many challenges during developing and one highlighted issue is the difficulties of
financing. It also caused the SME to lack of funds. The difficulties of financing will seriously
restrict the business of the SME and sustainable development. It also will affect the healthy
development of China’s economy.
Since financing leasing has the feature of both “financing” and “financing material
properties”, it plays an important role in solving the difficult issue of financing for the SME.
This thesis from the difficulties of the SME financing lease project evaluation practical, to
analysis of the financial leasing sector and expansion of existing SMEs evaluation factor,
evaluation tools, hoping to find some items of potential SME finance mon problems,
to establish an effective project evaluation model and the formation of a targeted assessment
system. This thesis introduces the SME financing and financial leasing situation, through
analyzes the assessment of SME finance lease element of the project, and build the project
evaluation model, and find points of inspection for the project evaluation method to form a
complete SME finance lease project evaluation methods, and by analyzing real cases in the form
of hands-on assessment methods. Finally, SMEs in this thesis research project finance leases
raised the prospect assessment and mendations.
