[摘要]目的 探討强化性护理联合健康宣教对高血压合并脑梗死患者的临床价值。方法 选取2017年5月~2019年5月我院收治的184例高血压合并脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照he two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P<). The health knowledge scores (daily life, diet, exercise, stroke risk factors, stroke management, stroke precursors, blood pressure control, medication), self-care ability scores (self-care skills, self responsibility, self-concept, health knowledge level), health behavior scores (health responsibility, nutrition, exercise, self realization, stress management, interpersonal relationship) in two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<). The diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and neurological deficit score in observation group were lower than those in control group after nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<). The health knowledge scores (daily life, diet, exercise, stroke risk factors, stroke management, stroke precursors, blood pressure control, medication), self-care ability scores (self-care skills, self responsibility, self-concept, health knowledge level), health behavior scores (health responsibility, nutrition, exercise, self realization, stress management, interpersonal relationship) in observation group were higher than those in control group after nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<). The hospitalization time in observation group was shorter than that in control group after nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P<). Conclusion Intensive nursing combined with health education can improve health knowledge level and self-care ability in patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction, which is worthy of clinical application.
