包含有 CAD 图纸和三维建模及说明书,咨询 Q401339828 1 一、摘要本次毕业设计是关于核桃剥壳机的设计。首先对核桃剥壳机作了简单的概述;接着分析了各部分元件、零件的选型原则及计算方法;然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计;接着对所选择的各主要零部件进行了校核。本次设计主要由上料装置、分类装置、传送装置、剥壳通道、主体钢结构、剥壳轮、动力源装置等部件组成。最后简单的说明了安装与维护。目前,核桃剥壳机主要具备结构紧凑、操作简便、性能稳定可靠、核桃仁破碎率低、分选好、损失率低等优点。为了更好的满足实际工作要求,设计者们还应努力尝试设计出能应对多种核桃外形、实现最大自动化生产的机械设备。近年来出现各种功能独特的食品机械,在这方面我的差距确实存在,但是正在不断缩小。国内在设计制造特种食品机械的过程中也积累了大量的实际经验。本次核桃剥壳机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 难免存在各种纰漏、失误。权当一次难得的实践过程,希望对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考和借鉴价值。关键词:核桃剥壳机;选型设计;主要部件;养护维修。包含有 CAD 图纸和三维建模及说明书,咨询 Q401339828 2 二、 Abstract This graduation design is the design of the walnut shelling machine. First of all on the walnut sheller is summarized; and then analyzed the selection principle and the calculation method of each part ponents and parts; and then according to these design criteria and selection calculation method according to the givenparameters selection design; then the putations about ponent parts selection. This design is posed of feeding device, transmission device, and classification device, channel, the main steel structure, shucking wheel, power source device and ponents. Finally, a simple description of the installation and maintenance. At present, the walnut shelling machine pact structure, easy operation, stable and reliable performance, walnut kernel broken rate is low, good sorting, loss rate etc.. In order to better meet the requirements of practical work, the designer should also try to design a mechanical equipment automation production to the various shape, walnut. Mechanical food unique function in recent years, the domestic and foreign advanced level gap exists, but is shrinking. In the process of design and manufacture of special domestic food machinery has accumulated lots of experience. The walnut sheller design represents the general process of design, there are all kinds of loopholes and errors inevitably.
