分子植物育种稳定的亲水性
蛋白，其氨基酸数目在 74 到 1 037 个之间，分子量在 8 到 113 之间，等电点在 到 ；
生物大分子在细胞内的预测的位置结果表明，共有 64 个 MYB 基因定位于核，89 个定位于细胞质；蛋白二
级结构结果显示，大部分成员的二级结构主体是 α-螺旋和无规卷曲；钟花樱 MYB 基因家族成员中有 167
个分布在 8 条染色体上，其余 4 个成员游离在染色体之外；通过与拟南芥的 MYB 转录蛋白的序列进行进
化分析，将其分为 21 个亚组；基因结构和 motif 分析显示，同一亚组的家族成员，其基因序列结构排布的
方式和蛋白保守序列排列的方式有很强的相似性。本研究的结果为后续关于钟花樱 MYB 转录因子家族成
员的功能验证做了铺垫，也为其他物种 MYB 转录因子家族的研究提供了一定的理论支持。

Abstract Based on the results of transcriptome sequencing to build a database of Prunus campanulata,
MYB-type transcription factors were screened by bioinformatics analysis , and the molecular weight of proteins,
isoelectric point, hydrophilicity, lipid soluble, subcellular predicted position, secondary structure elements,
chromosomal localization on chromosomes, gene sequence structure, conserved sequences and evolutionary
relationships of these genes were also analysis. So as to analyze the biological functions of PcMYB transcription
