ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Nick Cavalancia, MCSE, MCT, MCNE, MCNI, is an plished consultant, trainer, author,
columnist, and speaker and has been in the IT industry for over 15 years, having designed
Exchange environments for some of the most well-panies today. He has contrib-
uted to over a dozen books on topics such as Windows, Active Directory, SQL Server, and
Exchange, and is the coauthor of Exchange 2000 Server Administration: A Beginner’s Guide and
Exchange 2000 Server: plete Reference. Nick currently serves as Vice President of Prod-
uct Marketing for ScriptLogic Corporation, where he assists in driving innovation and leads
the evangelism of ScriptLogic solutions.
About the Contributing Authors
Sarbjit Singh Gill has 18 years’ worth of experience in the IT world. He is currently an In-
dependent Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Principal Consultant for Gill Technologies,
a solutions pany he started. Gill Technologies provides consulting services to
system integrators, independant software vendors, and customers who seek specialist advice
and consulting on Microsoft technologies. He has presented at technical workshops and Micro-
soft events like TechEd Asia/South East Asia, , MSDN Connection, product launches,
Microsoft Partner and customer briefings, community/user group event, and even pre-sales
technical presentations for Microsoft directly for their customers. In his professional life in the
IT industry, he has progressed from HP 3000 MPE/XL puters to VMS, NetWare, IBM
systems to Microsoft technologies. He is currently also a Microsoft MVP for Windows Man-
agement (MOM). His Exchange experience started with a senior technology executive role for
a top financial pany (MNC) with 50,000 seats on Exchange .
