探析中小学校建筑设计安全问题
摘要:2009年5月12日的汶川地震,中小学校及宿舍的质量与广大师生的生命安全紧密联系在一起,影响到社会的和谐与稳定。由于中小学校的建筑设计有其特定的使用特点,所以,安全问题特别突出。广大建筑设计人员要肩负起保证中小学校舍设计质量的责任。本文通过笔者结合多年的工作和实践经验,根据中小学校建筑的使用特点,针对中小学学校建筑设计提出合适的安全要求,以及为同类设计提供借鉴。

Abstract: In the May 12, 2009 Wenchuan earthquake, teachers and students life safety has contact the school dormitory and the quality closely together, related to social harmony and stability. The architectural design of primary and secondary schools has its specific characteristics; therefore, security problem is especially prominent. The architectural design staff to shoulder the guarantee of the quality of primary and secondary school buildings designs responsibility. In this paper the author with many years of work experience and practice, according to the characteristics of school buildings, the school building design proposed safety requirements appropriate, and provide reference for similar design.

四川汶川大地震由于其高强度的破坏性、大面积的波及引起了全国人民的高度重视,为了对汶川地震遇难同胞表示深切的哀悼,将全国防灾减灾日定在每年的5 月12日。
安全无小事!每一位中国公民都有保护好中小学学生安全的责任和义务。但是中小学校舍安全问题涉及的情况复杂,范围较广,建筑设计人员首先对中小学校舍的安全性负有直接的责任,每个设计人员要认真思考怎样承担起时代赋予我们的责任。笔者根据多年的工作和实践经验,谈谈自己的一些看法。
中小学校建筑设计中存在的安全隐患
(1)人员高度密集的中小学校,对比于其他公共建筑,使用人群及活动特点都大不一样。学生年龄比较小、好动,在课间需要进行活动;课时安排统一,只有10分钟的课间,
