Methods Thirty male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group (lipopolysaccharide (LPS) group), positive drug group (5 mg • kg-1 dexamethasone group) and Adenanthin with different dose group (5, 10 and 20 mg • kg-1). After 6 hours of modeling, therapeutic drugs were given. After 18 hours, weight changes were recorded. The contents of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in lung tissue homogenate were determined by ELISA.
