延伸外摆线齿准双曲面齿轮建模与传动误差分析

摘要基于延伸外摆线齿准双曲面齿轮的加工方法和切齿加工原理,根据格里森 TRI - AC ***、产形轮
及工件的相对位置和相对运动关系,建立了切齿啮合坐标系。运用切齿啮合关系和空间啮合原理,
推导出理论齿面方程。将理论齿面进行数据离散后建立非线性方程组,数值分析求解得到齿面离散
点坐标,从而建立延伸外摆线齿准双曲面齿轮的三维实体模型。通过 ADAMS 进行传动误差分析,
验证了模型的准确性。为齿面接触分析、齿面误差测量、啮合动态仿真以及有限元分析等方面的研
究提供了模型基础。

Abstract Based on cutting processing methods and hobbing theory of extension epicycloid hypoid gear,it estab-
lished the system of coordinates by which the cutting gears meshing according to the relative positions
and kinematical relations among Gleason's TRI - AC cutter tools,the imaginary generating gear,and
the work gear. The tooth surface equation of extension epicycloid hypoid gear was also derived applying
the cutting gears meshing relationship and space meshing principles. The 3D model of extension epicy-
cloid hypoid gears were established by nonlinear - equations established with discrete data of theoretical
tooth surface. Transmission error was analyzed based on ADAMS. The results showed that the model is
accurate. So a model basis is provided for researches of tooth contact analysis,tooth surface error meas-
