patients with LDH treated from January 2018 to March 2019 were collected as the control group. The control group was treated
with percutaneous aspiration, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous foraminoscopy. The treatment effect of
patients in two groups was observed. Results: The amount of intraoperative blood loss, operation time, pain score and length of
hospital stay in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, while lumbar vertebra function score was

Percutaneous foraminoscopy for the treatment of LDH has the advantages of low intraoperative blood loss, short operation time, few
damage to paraspinal soft tissue, mild postoperative pain and quick recovery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
