摘要:近年来,由于气候变化对人类生活所造成的各种影响愈发明显,导致全球气温逐年上升的关键因素就是大量的碳排放。经过国内外相关组织研究表明,碳排放是与城市化发展进程息息相关的,塑造环保低碳城市是有效控制全球温度增加的首要相应选择。目前,我逐年提高,其环保意识也逐渐增强,环境问题已经发展成为被人们广泛关注的热点问题。正是由于我国正处在经济快速增长的重要阶段,由于较快的城市化进程发展,使得我国的碳排放总量呈日益增长的趋势,要保证我国社会主义市场经济转型成功进行,搞好低碳城市的规划与发展是重中之重。
