　　摘要：目的：探讨急性脑梗塞患者临床护理的效果。　　措施：我院诊断的急性脑梗塞患者106例，平均分为护理组和对照组各53例。两组患者均给神经内科常规药物诊断，对照组患者给常规神经内科脑梗塞患者的护理措施急性脑梗塞患者临床护理分析

　　摘要：目的：探讨急性脑梗塞患者临床护理的效果。　　措施：我院诊断的急性脑梗塞患者106例，平均分为护理组和对照组各53例。两组患者均给神经内科常规药物诊断，对照组患者给常规神经内科护理，护理组患者尽早给康复护理训练，涉及心理护理、用药护理、并发症护理、肢体及语言功能锻炼和出院指引。
　　成果：两组患者诊断前后相比，神经功能缺损状况、运动功能及平常生活质量较诊断前均有所改善。但两组患者间相比，护理组的诊断效果要明显优于对照组。
　　结论：对急性脑梗塞患者进行初期康复护理可以明显改善急性脑梗塞患者的肢体及语言功能的恢复，值得临床推广。

　　Abstract:Objective:Of the patients with acute cerebral infarction clinical nursing effect.
　　Methods: Hospital treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction in 106 cases, divided into nursing group and control group with 53 cases in each group.
