建立公路养护道班技能培训长效机制研究
摘要:提高公路养护系统一线职工的岗位技能是加快公路行业发展,提高行业竞争力的基础工程。而就公路行业的现状而言,现有职工的知识层次和文化水平不同程度偏低,不能适应目前公路事业飞速发展的需要,而平时迫于工作压力,没有机会抽出专门时间受很系统的专业教育,所以,因此,要全面打造具备“理论+技能”的“复合型”人才是交通系统建立职工技能培训的最终目的。也就是说,在班组内部建立很系统的技能培训长效机制就是十分重要和十分必要的。

Abstract: The improvement of highway maintenance system of worker of a gleam of job skills is to speed up the highway industry development, improve infrastructure petitiveness. And current situation of the highway industry, the existing staff of the knowledge level and cultural level in different degree is low, can not adapt to the current rapid development of highway cause need, usually under pressure of work, did not have the opportunity to take a specific time by the professional education, a system so, therefore, prehensively build " theory + skill " " compound talents" is the traffic system building workers skills training aim. That is to say, the establishment of long-term mechanism of skills training system is very important and necessary in the team.

引言:社会发展的不断加快对公路养护工作也提出了更加具体的要求,养护管理精细化,养护方式机械化,养护工作定额化的标准越来越高,这就要求要有更高的知识层次来适应公路养护快速发展的需要。以前那种铁锹、洋镐式的工作方式已面临淘汰,先进的管理模式和养护技术要进入日常生产和工作当中去,要想适应公路事业发展的需要,就必须加强技能培训力度,使一线职工养成爱学习、勤学习的习惯,并促使这种学习习惯向纵深发展,向日常生活中渗透
