局长、离退干局党支部书记何端，老坟嘴乡党委书记赵德平、观塘村党支部书记邓德平等出席会议并讲话。
会上，近40分钟的党史记录片和对杨善洲同志先进事迹的学****大大加强了党员们对党的曲折历程和辉煌成就的认识，特别是在听完对杨善洲同志先进事迹的报告后，党员们被他刚正不阿、廉洁奉公、毫不利已，专门利人的无私奉献精神所震憾，纷纷发言，表示以后要发挥自己的模范带头作用，多为家乡谋发展，做贡献。
“相互交流、增进了解”是双向组织生活会的一项基本原则，近年来，老坟嘴乡观塘村党支部一直是离退干局的党建扶贫村，在党建扶贫工作中，离退干局与观塘村党支部积极协调，密切配合，使涉及该村的水利建设、困难学生帮扶、贫困户致富脱贫等工作完成效果突出，但由于两支部的党员工作环境和工作对象的不同，对彼此工作目的、方法的不适应、不理解，致使部分工作缺位，难以达到预期目标。通过双向组织生活会，给了机关党员和农村党员一个交流谈心的平台和机会，党员们在会上用心交流和发言，统一了认识，达到增进了解，加强协作，共建友谊的目的。
