Cooper is Professor anizational Psychology in the Manchester School of Management at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He was the Founding President of the British Academy of Management and served as its president for four years. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is the editor-in-chief of the international quarterly journal The Journal anizational Behavior. He is the author of numerous books and scholarly articles in the fields anizational behavior, and has been an adviser to two UN Agencies (The World anization and The International Labor Office). Chris Argyris is the James B. Conant Professor, Graduate School of Business, Harvard University. He is the author of thirty books and research monographs as well as numerous articles. He is a consultant to many corporations, anizations, and universities in the United States and Europe. Professor Argyris, who received his . from Cornell University, is the holder of six honorary degrees.
