摘要:从系统的观点看,企业集群是由经济子系统、社会子系统、生态子系统构成的复合系统。企业集群绩效水平的衡量,应
该从“经济—社会—生态”三重绩效进行综合考察。根据这一思路,确定企业集群三重绩效评价的指标体系,并构建企业集
群三重绩效综合评价模型,可以从静态和动态角度对企业集群绩效水平进行综合评估。利用该模型对广西宾阳再生纸企业
集群评估的结果表明,模型具有可行性。

The Study of Evaluation Models on Triple Performances in Enterprise Clusters
Based plex System Perspective

Abstract: From a systematical perspective, an enterprises cluster can be seen as plex system that
consists of economic subsystem, social subsystem and ecological subsystem. The evaluation of an enterprises
cluster's performance level shall be examined integratedly from a triple performance-level model relating to
economic, social and ecological factors. According to this idea, the performance level of a enterprises cluster
can be evaluated integratedly from a static and dynamic perspective by defining a indicator system for
assessing triple performances of it and establishing a integrated evaluation model for assessing its triple
performances. The results of evaluating the enterprises cluster producing recycled paper in Binyang County of
Guangxi Province reveal tha
