四川省消费者权益保护条例
第一章 总 则
第一条 为保护消费者的合法权益，维护社会经济秩序，根据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》和有关法律、行政法规的规定，结合四川省实际，制定本条例。
第二条 本条例所称消费者，是指为生活需要、提高生活水平而购买、使用商品或者接受服务的自然人。
本条例所称经营者是指为消费者提供商品，或者提供服务的单位或者个人。
第三条 消费者在本省行政区域内为消费需要而购买、使用商品或者接受服务，其合法权益受本条例保护。
经营者为消费者提供其生产、销售的商品或者提供服务，应当遵守本条例。
农民购买、使用直接用于农业生产的生产资料和生产技术服务适用本条例。
第四条 经营者与消费者进行交易，应当遵循自愿、平等、公平、诚实信用的原则。
消费者合法权益的维护实行国家保护、经营者自律、社会监督相结合的原则。
第五条 各级行政机关、司法机关应当根据各自职责，依法
