1 通心络联合辛伐他汀治疗脂肪肝 96 例临床疗效观察作者:戴禄寿郭世春王丽萍【摘要】目的观察通心络联合辛伐他汀在非酒精性脂肪肝治疗中的作用及半年复发率。方法随机将非酒精性脂肪肝门诊患者分为治疗组 96 例,给通心络胶囊 3粒口服,每日 3 次,辛伐他汀 5 mg 口服,每日 2 次;对照组 54 例,辛伐他汀 5 mg 口服,每日 2 次;疗程均 2 个月。治疗2 个月和随访 6 个月后检查血脂、肝脏超声。结果总有效率及半年血脂复发率治疗组与对照组分别为 % 、 % 和 % 、 % , 二组比较, 有明显差异, 。结论通心络联合辛伐他汀能有效降低血脂及治疗脂肪肝, 无明显副作用。【关键词】通心络;辛伐他汀;脂肪肝 Abstract : Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bined with simvastatin on the patients of non 拟 2 alcoholic fatty liver and thEir six 拟 month A total of 150 patients with non 拟 alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into trial group (n=96) and control group (n=54). The patients in the trial group were treated by Tongxinluo (3 capsules, thrice per day) plus oral simvastatin (5mg, twice per day), while those in the control group were treated only by simvastatin. The treatment duration lasted two months for both the groups. After two months ’ treatment and six months ’ follow 拟 up,ultrasound was used to examine the liver and blood lipids were detected. The incidences of adverse events were recorded.
