1 锌对铅中毒大鼠海马 nNOS 神经元的影响作者:熊伟,赵英,万炜,陈锋,李素云【摘要】目的: 探讨锌对铅暴露大鼠海马 nNOS 神经元的保护作用。方法:4 周龄健康 Wistar 雄性大鼠 48只, 分为对照组、铅中毒组、葡萄糖酸锌预防组和葡萄糖酸锌治疗组,每组 12 只。对照组用去离子水灌胃 40d ;铅中毒组大鼠用 15 mg/(kg · bw · d) 醋酸铅灌胃 30d ,去离子水灌胃 10d; 锌预防组用 30 mg/(kg · bw · d) 葡萄糖酸锌和 15 mg/(kg · bw · d) 醋酸铅联合灌胃 30d, 后用去离子水灌胃 10d; 锌治疗组用 15 mg/(kg · bw · d) 醋酸铅灌胃 30d, 后用 30 mg/(kg · bw · d) 葡萄糖酸锌灌胃 10d; 对照组、铅中毒组、锌预防组和锌治疗组在第 40 天处死大鼠取海马,分别进行 NOS 活性测定; β拟 NADPH 组织化学方法观察海马 nNOS 数量的变化。结果: 锌预防组和锌治疗组大鼠海马 NOS 活性高于铅中毒组而低于对照组;锌预防组大鼠海马 NOS 活性高于锌治疗组; 在 CA1 区和齿状回, 除锌预防组外, 其它各组 nNOS 阳性神经元数量明显低于对照组, 反应强度变弱; 锌预防组和锌治疗组 nNOS 阳性神经元数量高于铅中毒组; 锌预防组大鼠海马 nNOS 阳性神经元数量高于锌治疗组。结论:补锌对铅中毒 2 大鼠海马 nNOS 神经元的活性和数量都有提高, 预防性补锌的效果更好。【关键词】锌;铅暴露;海马; nNOS 神经元 Influence of Zinc on lead poisoning Hippocarnpus nNOS Neuron Rats Abstract : Objective To approach protective effect of zinc on lead poisoning hippocampus nNOS neuron of 4 weeks old male wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly: blank group 、 lead poison group 、 precaution group with Zinc Gluconate and therapy group with Zinc Gluconate. The blank group , administrated intragastrically with the dEionized water for 40 days ; The Lead poisoned group , administered intragastrically with 15 mg/(kg · bw · d) lead acetate for 30 days and with the dEIonized water for next 10 days; The precaution group , administered intragastrically with 15 mg/(kg · bw · d) lead acetate and 30 mg/(kg · bw · d) Zinc Gluconate for 30 days and with the deionized water for next 10 days ;The therapy groups , administered intragastrically with 15 mg/(kg · bw · d) lead acetate for 30 days , followed by treatment with 30 mg/(kg · bw · d) Zinc 3 Gluconate for next 10 days; On 40th days , the vats wero killed and the activity of NOS of hippocampus was measured. The nNOS positive neuron amount was measured byβ拟 NADPH histochemistry.
