应用品管圈降低神经内科住院患者口服药漏服率的实践

摘要:应用品管圈活动降低神经内科住院患者口服药漏服率。方法:开展以
“降低住院神经内科患者口服药漏服率”为主题的品管圈活动,运用PDCA循环的方法,对神经内科住院患者口服药漏服情况进行现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、对策制定并组织实施,比较分析实践效果。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,%%。结论:品管圈活动在降低神经内科住院患者口服药漏服率中效果显著,提高了护理工作质量和患者满意度,激发了护理人员参与护理管理的意识和热情,提升了团队协作精神。

Abstract: Application of quality control circle (QCC) can reduce the missed dose rate of oral medications in hospitalized patients with neurological disorders. Method: We developed a workshop with the theme of “Reducing the missed dose rate of oral medications in hospitalized patients with neurological disorders”. For the case of missed doses of oral medications in hospitalized patients with neurological disorders, we applied the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle to assess the current setting, set a goal, analyze essential factors, make decisions and execute plans. We analyzed the data pared the practical effects. Result: The missed dose rate of oral medications in hospitalized patients with neurological disorders has been reduced to % from % through QCC. Conclusion:QCC has significant effect on reducing the missed dose rate of oral medications in patients with neurological disorders
