从2004年4月1号起,各省移动原则上必须采购定制的手机。
注:为了与“小灵通”业务抗衡, “神州行”定制终端计划量约为60万台,
价位基本在 RMB 700元以下,最高不超过 RMB 1000元。

Hutchison launched “3” on 2003. Mar. But # of subscribers is low –
- Lower Hutchison awareness to end-users
- Lack of available phones (4 models from NEC, Moto, Nokia)
- Short battery time
- Low transmission speed and dropped calls
Vodafone and other majors will start 3G Service thru May to July
