摘要
洗瓶设备主要用于制药、化工、食品等行业灌装前瓶子的清洗。洗瓶机器设备的出现,改变了人工刷洗的传统工艺,实现了自动化生产方式,达到了减少劳动力、节约费用、提高工作效率、增加企业经济效益之目的。
本文设计的洗瓶机由电动机、曲柄滑块推瓶机构、刷瓶机构、导辊机构、传动系统等构成。设计该洗瓶机过程中,首先,调查了洗瓶机研究现况,在此基础上根据设计技术要求选定了推瓶机构及传动系统结构方案;接着,根据选定的结构方案选定了各个机构主要参数;然后,详细计算了曲柄滑块推瓶机构及传动系统各主要零部件的尺寸并进行了校核;最后通过AutoCAD绘图软件绘制了该洗瓶机的装配图及主要零部件图。
本文的研究与设计方法适用于各类洗瓶机及其零件的设计与改造,具有较好的参考价值。

Abstract
Washing machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries before filling the bottle cleaning. Washing machines appeared, changing the traditional manual brushing techniques, automated production methods, to reduce labor cost savings, improve efficiency, increase economic efficiency of enterprises.
This design of the washing machine by an electric motor, slider-crank mechanism to push the bottle, bottle brush agencies, guide roller mechanism, transmission, and the like. The design of the washing machine during the first survey of the washing machine of status quo, on the basis of anizations and drive to push the bottle structure of the program in accordance with design requirements; then, according to the selected structure of the program selected the main parameters of the various agencies; then, a detailed calculation of the size of the slider-crank mechanism and drive to push the bottle and all ponents were checked; and finally draw a diagram of the washing machine assembly and main parts diagram by AutoCAD drawing software.
Research and design methods in this paper applies to the design and renovation of all types of washing machine and parts, has a good reference value.
