摘要: 医患关系是医务人员与病人在医疗过程中产生的特定关系,是医疗人际关系中的特殊表现形式,它直接关系到国民基本健康能否得到有效保证以及人口素质的进一步提高,关系到我国经济和社会的发展进步。新形式下,由于个体人群中的职业道德、政治素质不同,在具体的工作中,医患关系日趋紧张,医患矛盾层出不穷,严重影响医疗卫生事业的和谐发展。分析和解决当前医患关系紧张的现状,构建和谐医患关系,为促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: The doctor-patient relationship is the specific relationship between medical staff and patients during the medical course, is a special form of medical relationship, it is directly related to the national basic health can be effectively guarantee and improve the quality of the population, in relation to the development of economy and society in china. Under the new situation, because of the individual in the crowd occupation moral and political quality is different, in the specific work, increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship, the doctor-patient conflicts emerge in an endless stream, seriously affect the harmonious development of medical and health undertakings. Analyzing and solving the current tense situation of doctor-patient relationship and building harmonious doctor-patient relationship have important practical significance to promote the healthy development of medical and health undertakings.
