摘要
随着航空事业的发展,对飞机供电的要求日益提高。在提高发电机容量的基础上,二次电源的地位和作用愈显重要。静止变流器因其高效率、高功率密度、高可靠性等优点引起人们越来越多的关注和研究。本文以单级式单相航空静止变流器为主要研究对象,通过对常用的DC/AC主电路拓扑结构比较分析,选择拓扑结构简单、适用于中小容量的全桥全波式电路结构作为主电路拓扑。针对因逆变器输出方波电压含有较大谐波导致变压器寿命减少及电磁干扰大、电磁兼容性差的问题,选择将负载谐振变换电路作为中间电压信号变换环节的方案。
本文采用双极性双调制波SPWM控制方式,分析在此控制方式下主电路拓扑的稳态工作原理。型负载谐振变换器,对其稳态工作原理进行了详细分析,并利用MATLAB软件研究其输出特性。详细说明谐振电路的参数设计步骤,并设计出一组参数。在PSIM仿真环境下建立系统仿真模型,给出仿真结果与分析。最后以TMS320F2812 DSP为核心控制芯片,编写系统软件程序,设计驱动电路、反馈调理电路、系统保护电路、换流重叠电路等。根据设计搭建实验平台,进行硬件电路联合调试,并给出实验结果。结果表明全桥逆变器开关管均实现了零电压开通,周波变换器开关管均实现了零电流关断。通过实验及仿真结果证明本文方案的正确性。

Abstract
With the increasing electrical applications in aircraft,the higher performances of aircraft power supply system are enlarging the capacity of generator,secondary power system plays a more and more important inverters,because of high efficiency,high power density and high reliability,have been more researched and developed in recent years. In this paper single-stage and single-phase Aeronautical Static Inverter(ASI) is being researched,parating the mon DC/AC circuits topologies,the full-bridge full-wave topology is choosed, which is simple and easy to control in this power range situation. For short life of high-frequency transformer, high ic interference, poor patibility because of square wave of inverter, selcet the load resonant circuit as an important part of the main circuit topology.
In this paper,the bipolar and double modulation waves SPWM control strategy is using, steady work principle of the main circuit topology is analyzed. LCC load resonant converter is choosed parating the advantages and disadvantages of monly load resonant circuits, and analyzing output performance by MATLAB software. Design
