（1）不及物动词，“站立”。 例句：Can you stand in front of the door ?
（2）及物动词，后面加人，“容忍”。不用在进行时。My mom don’t stand me .

（1）exciting物做主语（令人……的）。
an exciting race / film / book
（2）excited人做主语。（感到……的）
be excited at “为…事而激动”。
这是一部让人兴奋的电影，我们很是兴奋。
My father was excited at the news.
7、just= right “正好”
例：My house is just/ right near the sea.
例：Don’t say , you mom is standing just behind you
8、finish
v.“完成”，后接名词。finish one’s homework / breakfast / soup )
finish doing sth 做完某事
例句：I’m going to finish my homework in the evening.
9、winner 10、behind
winner win v. “赢”
beat +sb(宾格) “赢，打败某人” beat him 赢他
win +奖品，荣誉，称号等，后加物
behind （指地点）
after （时间后事情之后）
after the work ,after breakfast
（2）落后，副词。fall behind i n + 学科 “在某学科落后”
例句：Don’t fall behind in English . 别在英语上落后
（3）catch up with sb in +学科 “在某学科赶上某人

（1）路途，名词。
on the way +副词（home / here / there ）“在…的路上”
on the way to +名词（school / Beijing / the park ） “在去…的路上”
（2）lost one’s way = lost oneself “迷路”

other（adj）“其他的
（1）the other +名词单数 两个中的另一个。近义词： another 三个中的另一个。 词组：one … the other 一个…，另一个…。例句：I have two friends , one is Lily , the other is Sam .
（2）the other +名词复数 = the others “其余的”(有范围的) 词组：some of the + 名词复数 … ,some … ,the others. 例句：Some of the students are English , some are France , the others are Italian .
（3）数词+other +名词= another +数词 +名词
例如：另外5个学生。another five students / five other students
