Methods : MCF-7 cells were infected with lentivirus Lv-BMP4 and lentivirus Lv-shBMP4 to construct MCF-7/Lv-BMP4 overexpression group and MCF-7/Lv-shBMP4 interference group. There were 4 groups in this experiment: Blank group, Lv-NC group, Lv-BMP4 group and Lv-shBMP4 group. RT-PCR and ELISA were used to detect BMP4 overexpression and interference in MCF-7 cells. CCk-8 assay was used to detect the proliferation of MCF-7 cells. Scratch healing and Transwell were used to detect the migration and invasion ability of MCF-7 cells.
