摘要
混凝土搅拌机是建筑机械中搅拌混凝土必备的机械。 JDY500型混凝土搅拌机是单卧轴液压强制式搅拌机,结构简单、操作方便、工作可靠,具有搅拌质量好、生产效率高、耗能低、噪音小、易损件寿命长,便于保养维修,可搅拌各种配合比的混凝土、砂浆、灰浆,适用于各类中、小型建筑工程,是用户理想的混凝土搅拌机械。
本次设计主要完成了搅拌机轴端密封系统的设计。混凝土搅拌机的轴端密封是对轴端支承轴承进行密封,防止混凝土砂浆进入轴承,保护轴支承,使其不受砂浆侵蚀。在本设计中我们采用的是浮动密封:浮动密封属于端面机械密封的一种特殊形式,其结构简单端面密封压力能自行补偿,磨料介质不易侵入,润滑脂不外泄漏密封效果好,适合于低速重载作业条件恶劣的环境。
本次设计采用三维机械设计软件ProE,实现了轴端密封系统各部件的实体建模、工程图绘制以及虚拟装配等工作。

This design pleted for the mixer shaft seal system. The shaft concrete mixer shaft supporting bearing seal is sealed to prevent the concrete mortar into the bearing, shaft bearing protection, so that mortar from erosion. We use what in this design is the fluctuation seal: The fluctuation seal belongs to the end surface mechanical seal one special form, its structure simple face seal pressure pensates voluntarily, the pound medium is not easy to invade, the lubricant nothing more than divulges the seal effect to be good, suits in the low speed heavy load work condition bad environment.
The design uses 3D mechanical design software, ProE, realized the shaft seal ponents and solid modeling, engineering drawing, and virtual assembly and so on.
