摘要
本施工组织设计根据该工程的特点,结合具体情况和施工经验,详细阐述了该工程项目经理部的施工组织管理、人员、材料、机械安排、项目质量保证体系,各主要分项工程的施工方法和技术措施,制定了相应的质量、安全、环境保护、文明施工等保证措施,对施工过程中易发生的主要质量通病作了预防措施。
在编制施工组织设计的全过程中,应用目标管理方法、系统分析方法、预测方法和决策方法。在编制施工方案时,使用设备采用方法、排序法、方案比较法以及优选的施工方案。在编制施工进度计划时使用滚动计划法、流水作业法、网络计划法及排序法。在设计施工平面图时使用线性规划法和经济库存法等。
应用科学管理方法通过施工组织设计规划,科学管理方法的应用,从而实现施工项目管理方法的科学化,大力提高管理水平。

In planning construction scheme, the use of the equipment USES the method, ranking, parison and selection of construction project. In planning construction schedule when used JiHuaFa, flow operation rolling method, network JiHuaFa and ranking. In the design and construction plan of the linear programming method and used when economic inventory method, etc.
The applied science management methods through the anization design planning, scientific management method in practice, so as to realize the scientific method in construction project management, to improve the level of management.
