艾司西酞普兰合并认知疗法对抑郁症患者的疗效
[摘要] 目的:探讨艾司西酞普兰合并认知疗法对抑郁症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将96例抑郁症患者随机分为3组,A组(认知疗法治疗组)32例,B组(艾司西酞普兰组)32例,C组(艾司西酞普兰+认知疗法治疗组)32例,疗程6周,采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD),抑郁自评量表(SDS)和副反应量表(TESS)在治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周末评定疗效和不良反应。结果:三组病人在治疗后4周时,A、C两组减分与B组减分差异有显著性(P<);治疗6周时A、B两组差异无显著性(P>),C组效果显著优于A、B两组(P<),且C组艾司西酞普兰剂量和TESS评分明显低于B组。结论:艾司西酞普兰合并认知疗法可以提高抑郁症患者疗效,缩短疗程。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of bined with cognitive therapy in the treatment of depressive patients. Methods:96 depressive patients were randomized into A group (cognitive therapy group)(n=32), B group (escitalopram group)(n=32) and C group (bined with cognitive therapy group)(n=32) and studied for six weeks, HAMD, SDS and TESS were used to assess the efficacy and side effects before and two weeks, four weeks and six weeks after the treatment. Results: by the end of four weeks, there was significant difference in efficacy between A,C groups and B group (P <),by the end of six weeks, there was significant difference in efficacy between C group and A,B groups, there was no significant difference in efficacy between A and B group (P>), and the doses of escitalopram and the TESS scores o
