摘要
液压千斤顶是液压系统的典型应用,其工作原理为帕斯卡原理。本课题设计的千斤顶为车用电动液压千斤顶,要求其在满足工作要求的情况下还要便于携带。本论文通过对车用电动液压千斤顶原理的分析,设计了一种采用凸轮机构驱动、底板供油的总体方案。通过对该液压系统的分析,确定了系统的工作压力,并根据工作载荷对电机进行了选择。液压缸和底板油路的设计是本课题的主要部分,与管联接相比,利用底板传递油液减少了很多管接头和管路,简化了系统。为了防止电机的过载,在底板油路设计中加入了安全阀。

ABSTRACT
Hydraulic jack is a typical application of the principle of hydraulic system.
It works based on hectopascals principle. The design issues for a electric hydraulic jack, not only to meet the requirements to its function ,but also to its portability. According to the analysis of hydraulic transmission, a general solution with cam-driven and bottom oil supplying mechanism is selected from a variety of solutions. The design of Hydraulic cylinder and the bottom oil system is the main part of this design. Compared with the tube connected transmission, bottom transmission reduces a lot of joints and pipes. In order to guarantee the safety of the motor, a safety valve is used in the bottom oil system.
