摘要
产业集群在经济发展过程中逐渐形成的,即一类或彼此相关类的产业的众多企业聚
集在特定的区域里,在相关机构的支持下互相之间既合作又竞争的一种生产组织方式或
企业治理结构。在经济全球化、信息化和网络化的背景下,产业集群以其旺盛的生命力、
强劲的竞争力和对经济发展的巨大贡献,成为区域经济最重要的增长点,并且渐渐成为
区域乃至城市、国家是否具有国际竞争力的直接体现。在此背景下,产业集群这一经济
现象已成为各国经济学界关注的焦点,引起经济学、管理学、地理学等众多领域研究者
和决策者的热切关注。本文旨在借助交易的三个维度(资产专用性、不确定性、交易频
率)作为分析工具,从交易成本的视角来探讨产业集群的形成机理——产业集群形成的
原因也是为了降低企业的交易成本,接着运用交易成本经济学理论,全面分析产业集群
的形成条件、形成方式以及产业集群的生命周期及其演化特征,最后利用案例实证产业
集群的形成发展。

Abstract
Industrial cluster is evolved with the process of economic development,that is related to
many enterprises about one or some each other industries gathered in a specific region, they
are formed a cooperation petition'anization or corporate governance structure
with relevant institutions support .Industrial clusters have strong vitality, strong
competitiveness and enhancing economic development with the economic globalization,
information technology working,so they e the most important economic growth
point at the regional, and gradually e one regional ,the city or the country whether have
the ability of petition. In this context, the industrial cluster of economic
phenomena that have e the focus of attention in economic circles, caused interesting by
economics, management science, geography, many other researchers and policy makers .This
paper aims to deal with the three dimensions(Asset Specificity Uncertainty Frequency) as an
analytical tool, from the perspective of transaction cost to explore the formation mechanism
of industrial clusters, industrial clusters 's formation is also in order to cut down the
transaction cost for firms .prehensive analysis the formation's conditions of
industrial clusters, as well as the formation of industrial clusters and the characteristics of it's
life-cycle , and finally use the empirical cas
