Process
2 self-assessment questionnaires will be collected before the site visit.
The assessment will follow the process of opening meeting, site visit, interview and conclusion.
When the score of a particular parameter is lower than 4, detail findings will be reported and improvement plan must be presented by supplier to ENC within 2 weeks. While the score is lower than 6 the improvement plan is either up to the supplier or required by ENC .
The evaluation is done in two steps:
Assess which of the descriptions “High”, Medium” or “Low” best fit your current situation
Within the given performance level, what is your score taking into account how well you fit the description
The score results should be agreed by both side in the assessment.
