内部真实性: Internal validity
指研究结果与实际研究对象真实情况的符合程度

偏倚:BIAS

随机错分是指研究组与比较组错分的几率是相同的。一般情况使研究效应的估计值偏低。
非随机错分:Nonrandom Misclassification
非随机错分是指研究组与比较组错分的几率不相同。造成高估和低估效应值。

混杂的概念
混杂因素(confounder)亦称混杂因子(confounding factor)或外来因素(extraneous factor)。
是指与研究因素和研究疾病均有关, 若在比较的人群组中分布不匀,可以歪曲(掩盖或夸大)因素与疾病之间真正联系的因素。
Confounding results when the effect of an exposure on the disease (or e) is distorted because of the association of exposure with other factor(s) that influence the e under study.
