1 范围
此SAE标准规定了用受辐射氙弧装置加速照射汽车外部材料的操作程序。
是基于SAE J1960试验参数的性能标准。
不同汽车制造的材料标准里涵盖了试样准备,试验持续期和性能评价方法。
通过材料试验比较SAE J1960和进行SAE J2527批准的器具决定可以进行此试验的设备。比较新试验设备和原有试验设备的试验协议应通过七月方的材料试验比较。有兴趣的契约公司应确认试验协议细节和试验材料。此试验方法出版时,委员会发行了SAE J2413 “试验新设备核实协议”。
