Ultimately responsible for the content of the proposal; signs proposal > Day to day management of the proposal team & proposal production > Participates in planning sessions or teleconferences as scheduled > Participates in planning sessions or teleconferences as scheduled > Participates in planning sessions or teleconferences as scheduled > Participates in planning sessions or teleconferences as scheduled Manages version control for all proposal sections
> Responsible for KPMG pliance and reviews related to KPMG proposals > Sets timetable and delegates responsibilities; keeps team on timeline > Write solution or technical sections of the proposal as assigned > Writes non-technical proposal sections (ex: Executive Summary, quals, KPMG general info) > Creates initial graphic skeleton of presentation with title page, table of contents, and divider pages as directed by the proposal manager > Perform specific clerical tasks as assigned by the proposal manager (ex: download resumes & other files, cut and paste from existing documents) Coordinates all writers for the various sections, knows the status of the section drafts, keeps master copy of all current section versions
> Assigns proposal team and insu
