摘要
近年来,计算机技术日趋成熟,数据库技术不断发展,信息管理系统的应用已延伸到社会的各个领域。随着现代企业的发展,计算机信息管理系统越来越受到企业重视。信息管理系统对企业有着间接和直接的作用,从间接方面讲,它提高了企业的无形资产和形象的知识含量,从直接方面讲,它通过对企业管理人观念、常规管理活动的作用,提高了企
业的竞争力和利润水平。信息管理对企业的贡献是信息化必须帮助企业提高经济效益。
本文主要分析了库存管理系统的一些基本功能和组成情况,包括系统的需求分析、系统结构,功能模块划分以及数据库模式分析等,重点对应用程序的实际开发实现作了介绍。达到了数据的一致性和安全性,且应用程序功能完备,符合了库存管理系统作为典型的信息管理系统(MIS)的要求。本文还进行了系统的模块设计、代码设计、数据库设计、人机界面设计等。通过系统的规划,充分体现了企业库存管理系统建设的重要性、及时性和实效性。同时简单介绍了Visual Basic(VB)编程环境和SQL Server2000数据库管理系统
的功能特点,库存管理系统是企业物流管理中不可或缺的一部分。

Abstract
In recent years,puter technology is day by day mature,The data bank technology develops unceasingly, The information management system application has extended to society's each domain. With the development of modern industry, the information management system of puter is being paid attention to by enterprises. The information management system has indirect and the direct function to the enterprise, says from the indirect aspect, it enhanced enterprise's intangible asset and the image knowledge content, says from the direct aspect, it through to the manager or director of an enterprise idea, the conventional management function, enhanced enterprise'petitive ability and the profit level. The information management is the information must help the enterprise to enterprise's contribution to enhance the economic efficiency.
