浅述肥大细胞的免疫学功能
摘要:肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)是人体及动物体内正常分泌的一种细胞成分。肥大细胞广泛分布于皮肤、淋巴组织、子宫、膀胱以及呼吸道和消化道黏膜下层结缔组织中的毛细血管及淋巴管周围。这种分布特点也决定了它时刻监视病原菌的入侵,并启动针对病原菌的免疫反应的特点。过去,肥大细胞的研究主要集中在过敏性疾病中[1],随着研究的深入,发现肥大细胞在机体抵御病原体感染中发挥着重要作用。肥大细胞除具有识别、吞噬并杀灭病原微生物的功能外,尚能加工、递呈抗原和调节免疫反应。本文简述了肥大细胞的起源,结构等基本特征,重点就其免疫学功能进行论述。

Brief Discussion on the Immunological Function of Mast Cells
Abstract:Mast cell is a normal secretion of human and animal body of a ponent. Mast cells are widely distributed in the skin, lymphoid tissues, uterus, bladder, and respiratory and digestive tract submucosa connective tissue surrounding the capillaries and lymphatic. This distribution also determines its time to monitor the invasion of pathogens and initiate immune responses against the pathogen characteristics. In the past, the study focused on mast cells in allergic diseases [1], with in-depth study found that mast cells in the body against pathogens play an important role. In addition to mast cells have the recognition, phagocytosis, and killing pathogenic anisms function, still capable of processing and presenting antigens and regulating immune response. This paper describes the origin of mast cells, structure and other basic features, with emphasis on its immunological function discussed.
