2. Project evaluation (1) The characteristics of the project This project planning design is shirt-sleeve water, green space and human architecture of the three major elements, utmost ground keep a whole green land, creating a spacious open city garden, promoted the Tiananmen west region of urban ecological environment improvement.
(2)Project difficulties
This project is located at capital centre, transportation or other provisional regulation strictly, uncertain interference factors considerably. Engineering dimension huge, technology plex, on anizing, coordinating and managing highly demanding. Building structure flat, elevation layout crisscross, without structure layer, anization and difficulties .
