行星齿轮式动力换挡变速箱
摘要:行星齿轮式动力换挡变速箱不仅在工程车辆上得到了广泛应用,在汽车上的应
用也日益广泛,本论文针对 ZL50 装载机,完成了其变速箱结构设计。首先通过收集
资料获得装载机的工作条件,然后分析确定传动方案,变速箱有前进两个档位,后退
一个档位,通过操纵两个换挡离合器即可实现换挡,然后通过发动机与液力变矩器的
匹配设计计算,使发动机功率得到充分利用,进而改善装载机牵引性能,以达到最佳
的工作状态。最后进行了变速箱主要参数的确定和配齿计算,通过主要零部件的强度
计算以及轴承寿命验算,变速箱满足了设计要求。

Abstract:ary gear type power shift gearbox has been widely used in engineering
vehicles, not only increasingly extensive application in the car,In this paper in view of
ZL50 loader, completed its transmission structure of all, by collecting data for
loader's working conditions, and then analysis the transmission scheme,Have forward two
gear transmission, back a gear, by manipulating two shift clutch shift can be realized,And
then through the matching of engine and hydraulic torque converter design calculation,
make full use of the engine power, and thus improve the loader traction performance, in
order to achieve the best working has carried on the transmission of the
main parameters and calculation, through the strength calculation of ponents and
bearing life calculation, transmission can meet the design requirements.
