摘要
颜色分选系统已经广泛用于表面质量的判别(表面质量的判别是指利用光反射特性,按照表皮颜色差异分选、按照有无外表损伤分选等)和内部质量的判别(内部质量的判别是指利用光透射特性,按照成熟度差异分选、按照内部损伤差异分选、按照内部品质差异分选等)等情况。用色选机取代人工手选,排除人为因素的干扰,既提高了生产效率(如分选精度、一致性等),又降低了生产费用。无论从经济学观点或从生态学观点考虑,色选机的应用部是极为有利和有效的。
然后通过PLC对该机构进行控制系统方面的设计。进行了系统设计,工作原理的介绍,IO接点,PLC选型和梯形图的分析说明,通过分析论证,实现了预计的设计要求。

Abstract
Color sorting system has been widely used for discriminant surface quality ( discriminant surface quality refers to the use of light reflection characteristics, in accordance with the skin color differences separating, according to with or without appearance damage sorting ) discrimination and internal quality ( discriminant internal quality refers to the use of light transmission properties, separation, in accordance with the maturity difference according to the internal damage between sorting in accordance with the internal quality difference, sorting, etc.). Use color sorter replaces manual election, exclude the interference of human factors, not only improves the production efficiency ( such as sorting accuracy, consistency, and reduces the production cost ). From the economics point of view or from the ecology viewpoint, application of color sorter is extremely beneficial and effective.
Then the mechanism design of control system by PLC. The system was designed, the principle, IO contact, analysis of PLC type and ladder diagram, through analysis and demonstration, to achieve the expected design requirements.
