摘要
随着社会的进步,经济的发展,人们对幼儿的早期教育越来越关注,早教机构也应运而生、发展迅速。近年来各师范院校的学前教育专业对早期教育人才的培养受到许多学者的关注。本文采用问卷调查的方式来调查河南省许昌学院教育科学学院的学前教育专业毕业生对早教行业的认识,并对调查数据进行统计分析。根据调查结果发现:(1)学前专业毕业生对早教机构的聘用要求、薪资状况、开办形式等基本情况还是有所了解的;(2)对早教机构班级容量、师资结构、教育内容等具体深入的情况不是很了解;(3)学前专业毕业生在毕业后想要从事早教行业的人数比例不是很大。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the society and economic, preprimary education has aroused wide concern in the public. Preprimary institution rise in response to the proper time and develop quickly. Recently, more and more scholars pay attention to the preprimary education major who graduate from Normal University. This paper uses questionnaire investigation method. The survey provide by graduates of education science institute in Xu Chang college, He Nan province. And it does statistical analysis to the survey data. The result as following: (1) Graduates has learned the basic situation about the demand of employment, salary anization form; (2) Graduates get little information about the size of class, the structure of teachers and the content of teaching;
(3)After graduate a small proportion of students go in for preprimary education.
